East African Holding’s corporate social responsibility arm, Buzuayehu Tadele and His Family Foundation, has inaugurated its second office in Lemi Town, having its first office in Addis Ababa. This new office opening coincides with the nearing completion of the Lemi National Cement plant, a project undertaken by East African Holding in partnership with West International Holding.
The opening ceremony saw the presence of religious leaders, town education bureau officials, several teachers, and student representatives from the area. In collaboration with Lemi National Cement, the Foundation had previously provided educational materials to 200 students at the beginning of the school year in September 2023. Additionally, it continues to support five outstanding students from the district who have advanced to university.
During the inauguration of the Lemi office, the Foundation pledged to extend similar support to 20 outstanding students who will enter university in the upcoming school year. It also committed to providing educational materials for the next school year.
The establishment of the Lemi office is expected to significantly enhance the Foundation’s ability to implement and manage projects that benefit the local community, marking the beginning of a new chapter of greater impact.
Beyond its educational initiatives, Buzuayehu Tadele and His Family Foundation is dedicated to ongoing community support. This includes building housing units for those in need, sponsoring continuous feeding programs, and providing various other forms of assistance based on community needs and specific occasions.

ኢስት አፍሪካን ሆልዲንግ ማኅበራዊ ኃላፊነቱን ለመወጣት የመሠረተው የበጎ አድራጎት ድርጅት ብዙአየሁ ታደለና ቤተሰቡ ፋውንዴሽን፣ከአዲስ አበባ ቀጥሎ በለሚ ከተማ ሁለተኛ ቢሮውን ከፍቷል። ይህ የሆነውም በስፍራው ኢስት አፍሪካን ሆልዲንግ ከአጋሩ ዌስት ኢንተርናሽናልሆልዲንግ ጋር በመሆን ገንብቶ በማጠናቀቅ ላይ ከሚገኘው የለሚ ናሽናል ሲሚንቶ ፋብሪካ ጋር ተያይዞ ነው።
በቢሮ መክፈቻ ሥነ ሥርዐቱ ላይ የሃይማኖት አባቶች፣ የከተማው ትምህርት ቢሮ አመራሮችና መምህራን፣ ከኮከብ መስክ ሁለተኛደረጃ ት/ቤት እና ልጅ ስዩም ት/ቤት፣ እንዲሁም ከእንሳሮ ወረዳ ለሚ ከተማ በአጠቃላይ የተወጣጡ ተማሪዎች ተገኝተዋል።
ፋውንዴሽኑ ከለሚ ናሽናል ሲሚንቶ ጋር በመተባበር የ2016 ዓ.ም የትምህርት ዘመን መጀመርን አስመልክቶ ለ200 ተማሪዎችየትምህርት መርጃ መሣሪያዎችን ማበርከቱ ይታወሳል። በተጨማሪም ከወረዳው በትምህርታቸው የላቀ ውጤት ላስመዝገቡ ስምንት ተማሪዎችነጻ የትምህርት ዕድል በመስጠት የዩኒቨርሲቲ ትምህርታቸውን የገንዘብ ድጋፍ እያገኙ እንዲከታተሉ በማድረግ ላይ ይገኛል።
ብዙአየሁ ታደለና ቤተሰቡ ፋውንዴሽን አሁንም ከኮከብ መስክ ሁለተኛ ደረጃ ት/ቤት የላቀ ውጤት ላስመዘገቡ 20 ተማሪዎችነጻ የትምህርት ዕድልና ድጋፍ ለማድረግ ቃል የገባ ሲሆን፣ ለ2017 ዓ.ም የትምህርት ዘመንም የትምህርት ቁሳቁስ ድጋፍ እንደሚያደርግአስታውቋል።
በቀጣይም ፋውንዴሽኑ ይበልጥ ማኅበረሰቡን ተጠቃሚ የሚያደርጉ ዕቅዶችንና ፕሮጀክቶችን ቀርጾ ተግባር ላይ ወደ ማዋል እንደሚገባ በመግለጽ፣ በለሚ የቢሮው መከፈት ወሳኝ ምዕራፍ መሆኑን አመላክቷል።
ብዙአየሁታደለና ቤተሰቡ ፋውንዴሽን በየጊዜው ለተረጂዎች ከሚያደርገው ድጋፍ በተጨማሪ፣ መጠለያ ገንብቶ በማስረከብ፣ በቋሚነት በተለያዩ ስፍራዎችየምገባ መርሃግብሮችን በማካሄድ እና ሌሎችም ዘርፈ ብዙ ድጋፎችን በቋሚነት በማድረግ የሚታወቅ ነው።
